Our Principals
Our surveyor of record. John's experience includes twelve years with WSDOT.
Under John's direction, we were the first company in Skagit County to
offer global positioning system (GPS) surveys.
Your first contact for land-use planning and surveying
services. Louis has been on the Skagit County Planning Commission
since 1995 and is very knowledgable in the Growth Management Act (GMA)
and planning process.
