Experience
Louis has 30 years land surveying experience. Louis' work began with his military service in the United State Army. He was an instructor at the U.S. Army Engineer School at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, teaching topographic surveying. He spent the year of 1969 in Vietnam as a topographic surveyor.

Following his service in the Army, Louis worked for the Department of Natural Resources as a Forest Engineer, Land Surveyor, and Forester.

In 1979, Louis joined Crossman & Associates as a Professional Land Surveyor and is currently a principal with Skagit Surveyors & Engineers.

In the 21 years Louis has been with Skagit Surveyors, he has supervised all types of survey projects.
